Willow is one of two kittens that arrived July 8th with mama Wren. She had incurred an injury to her print paw that healed while she was with us, but use of her paw has not returned. It remains to be determined what – if anything – will be done about her dysfunctional paw.

Queen Wren and her two older kittens about 4-6 months old from a previous litter (Woody and Willow) came to us as a result of her previous owner threatening to have all three euthanized if no one took them that day.  We were full but a brand new kennel had just arrived, so we offered to take them in to save their lives. 

Upon arrival, July 8, 2021, we learned that Wren was pregnant.
