Pursue community outreach and publicity opportunities to raise public awareness about the important of spay and neuter for Texas animals and how more animal lives can be saved in Texas.

Initiate dialog with anyone identified as failing to spay or neuter their pets and contributing to the overpopulation of strays that results in Texas having the 2nd highest euthanization rate in the USA.

Conduct one-on-one conversation with people explaining the resources (including free ones) available to help stop rampant overpopulation.

Create awareness of rehoming resources and opportunities for pets whose owners die, abandoned pets and lost pets.
