Can some TLC make a difference?

Check out the pics of Harriet the day I found her dumped on Webster Drive and carried her to the Henderson Animal Center.

Then look at her photo below after she was pulled from the shelter by Rusk County Pets Alive and showered with TLC, vet care and nutrition so she can start her new life with humans who will love her.

We carried her to the Henderson Animal Center (HAC on Facebook) who took her in and then Rusk County Pets Alive (RCPA on Facebook) pulled her from the shelter and showered her with TLC, vet care and nutrition.
