Free Spay or Neuter Surgery Available

Animal Protection League (APL) of East Texas, also on Facebook, receives a periodic grant to provide free spays and neuters for cats and dogs of people who live within 25 miles of the APL main office location and who are receiving government assistance.

FREE surgery eligibility is based on distance from their Longview office, but the surgery can be done in 29 different locations. http://www.aplspayneuter.org/Locations.html

FREE Spay/Neuters are awarded 1st come 1st served until grant funds are depleted.

It's super easy to get free spay or neuter service.

  1. Confirm that you are within 25 miles of APL's office by following the instructions in Step 1 below. 
  2. Eligible persons may call APL (903) 753-7387 and make surgery appointments.
  3. On the day of the surgery present a bill with the applicant's name and home address that is 25 miles or less from APL's main office.
  4. Present proof that the applicant is receiving some form of government assistance.

Step 2

Call APL (903) 753-7387 and make a surgery appointment for your cat(s) or dog(s).

 

Step 3

Bring your cat(s) or dog(s). to the surgery appointment and present a bill displaying your address and proof of receiving government assistance.

You are now part of the solution to cat and dog overpopulation instead of being part of the problem.
